In a Bowl Sieve Maida, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Cocoa Powder and Keep Aside.
In a separate bowl take hot water.
Add sugar, oil, vinegar and sprig vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour this liquid mixture into dry mixture and make a smooth better.
Pour this ready better into greased 7 inch cake tin and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
After baking cool the cake completely.
In whipped cream add 2-3 tblspn chocolate ganache and mix well.
Cut the cake in 3 layers.
Take one layer spread chocolate whipped cream evenly and add chopped 1/4 Cup chopped cherries on it.
Cover it with 2nd cake layer and repeat the process.
Finely put the 3rd layer and cover with the whipped cream.
Keep the cale in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Now pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and make drippings.
Now decorate cake with whipped cream and cherries.
Your cherry chocolate cake is ready to relish.
